Pilates works your entire body in a balanced and controlled way by strengthening your back, stomach, pelvic floor, legs and arm muscles. This is how over time your posture improves, helping you recover from an injury or making you a better runner, dancer, tennis player, horse rider or golfer etc 

 

​I've worked at many wonderful places, including Vital Pilates in Bristol, Bristol University, Sandringham School in St Albans, where I taught evening classes for adults. I've also worked for Everyone Active sports centres in Bristol, St Albans and Redbourn, along with Harpenden Physiotherapy clinic. 
 

I started going to Aishling's class after developing persistent lower back pain. She's brilliant! I don't get nearly as many problems now and if I do, I know how to ease them. Plus the classes are fun and tailored to each person.
I'd go every day if I could!
